Purpose

BeMore Developmental Support Services Inc. is committed to providing inclusive services and digital accessibility to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We believe everyone deserves equal access to information, programs, facilities, and support.

Scope

This policy applies to all BeMore services, staff, contractors, digital platforms, facilities, and public events.

Policy Statement

• BeMore ensures that all service environments—physical and virtual—are accessible to individuals with developmental disabilities and other diverse needs.
• All web content and technology platforms aim to meet *WCAG 2.1 Level AA* standards for accessibility.
• Reasonable accommodations will be provided upon request for all events, meetings, and programs.
• Printed materials will be made available in alternate formats upon request, including large print, plain language, or accessible PDFs.
• Staff are trained in inclusive practices and are expected to respond respectfully and promptly to accessibility needs.
