Our training programs are designed to meet and exceed the standards set by the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), ensuring that all Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to empower individuals with developmental disabilities.

Acceptable Certificates & Requirements for Caregivers/Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
At BeMore Developmental Support Services Inc., we are committed to ensuring that all Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and caregivers meet the highest standards of training, safety, and person-centered care. To maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and provide high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities, all prospective employees must present valid certification and documentation in the following required areas:
